I went to Big Apple Art Gallery and Custom Framing with a stunning high resolution iPhone image of 4 of my grandchildren, for framing. They helped determine the maximum size we could expand this image while retaining the full robust details. And they worked with me to find the best frame fitting existing framed work in my office, and completely delivered a museum quality framed image in only four days. The service was warm as well as precise and expert. I am very very thankful for this level of service, this high quality of product, and the speed of delivery.

I’m a first time customer here and was completely blown away by the quality of the print. When I was creating this I’m photoshop there was a lot of pixelation that I couldn’t get rid of. The print came out smooth and pixelation free!! Unbelievable quality. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for quality prints! I will definitely use their service again whenever I need a good print job in the future!

I ordered a matted and framed print for our office - looks beautiful! Mohammed was very responsive to my questions, as well as returning my calls. Our initial order was received with the corner of the frame damaged and I was sent another frame immediately, and I didn't have to hassle with sending the damaged frame back. I really appreciated the high level of customer service I was provided and will not consider using anyone else for my framing needs.

I got accepted into my first art gallery last minute. I called and spoke to Mo to ask if they could do a rush printing for me. He was so supportive and gave me advice on what to print my work on, since this was my first time getting my design professionally printed and framed. I wasn’t in the city at the time, so they gave me live updates via text. It was a relief not to worry about the care of my work and how it was being handled. They really took the reigns for me and got it done! The results were beautiful thank you so much for such a great experience, I will definitely be using their services again!!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing work and service. They have wide variety of frames available for selection. Along with frames, they also have different glasses and they do a great job at explaining the merits and demerits of each glass in accordance to your needs. Printing of picture is very accurate and their attention to details is commendable.

Mo and his father saved my exhibit. He was able to make 12 custom sized beautiful crafted frames last minute (and ready a day ahead of what he promised!), when my previous framer randomly decided to cancel my order 5 days before opening night. And not only is he great at what he does, he is also kind and completely reliable. The minute I walked in the door, I knew I was in good hands.

I don’t know where to begin. But let me try. I called Mohammed three days before mother’s day After calling many places around Manhattan to put together two larger frames For a picture with my wife holding our three week old baby. I thought it would never get done but both Mohammed and his father did everything they can to make this happen for me prior to my wife’s first mother’s day. Not only did they give me a perfect product, they had many options, competitively priced and helped with the design. The best part is that it took them less than 24 hours to complete it this was I didn’t have to run around picking it up a day before. Moving forward he is my Frame consultant and company that I will use moving forward. Do yourself a favor and call this company!!!!!

My husband asked his childhood friend in Turkey to do a filographic art of myself. He then took it to Mr. Mo (Big Apple Art Gallery) to frame it. Wow! Please go see Big Apple for all your custom framing needs. I'm tellin you now. Awesome customer service. Brought in a picture to be matted and framed as a present and they were able to do it with minimal turnaround. I changed my mind on the size of the frame the day before i was supposed to pick it up and even though they had already finished it, they were more than happy to re-do the frame and accomodate me. Easy and accessible location if you are in midtown east. They will be seeing repeat business from me and my company for sure.

I came to this custom framing company with a very specific project in mind to make a showpiece statement for our dental practice lobby. Mo, the owner, took the time to explain all options via a phone call and even FaceTimed with me to view my office space for design and sizing ideas. I can't say enough about Big Apple Art Gallery. I had what I thought was a difficult job - framing three similar, but not the same items. I think most framers would have put all three in one big frame. Mo suggested I frame them separately - that way each child could keep their own item when they eventually leave home. I wanted them to be the same size and the same general look. What Mo did was pure genius. Now these three items can either hang together or in separate places. Mo's eye for color is extremely keen - while you can't see it in this photo - each frame has a second color in the inside - two have pink (for the two girls) and one has a beautiful brown (for the boy). I'm definitely using Big Apple for my next framing job. It simply couldn't have come out better. And, to boot, the price was right. Mo was kind enough to work with me on that also.
